Heaven's Gate is a celebration of the beautiful expressions of those in touch with their creative spirit demonstrated by the wonderfully unique and whimsical art and decor. A cut-stone walkway takes you to a covered, wrap-around porch with a walkway to the two-car garage completed by a furnished apartment built above. A beautifully and whimsically decorated 4 bedroom/ 4 bath lodge, Heaven's Gate welcomes you with its cathedral ceiling, massive stone wood-burning fireplace and windows galore and glass doors to provide you with unimpeded views of the surrounding mountain ranges. Enter the foyer to a peaceful and serene great room with soaring cathedral ceilings and open floor plan. Two bedrooms are located on the main level, one with a queen bed and another with twin beds and a treadmill for the exercise enthusiast on a rainy day. A full bathroom on this level is shared by these two bedrooms. Move into the splendidly appointed gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances and complete with island counter seating. The kitchen adjoins the gorgeous dining area with handcrafted dining table, benches and chairs. The dining area opens through french doors to the covered porch and outdoor grilling area.

The living room is filled with soft and luxurious leather furniture, deep browns mixed with vibrant red wool and cotton rugs to warm your feet and calm the senses. Again, the most modern conveniences are mixed with the natural beauty of this haven from a large screen television with an array of DVDs and surround sound speakers to bring your music outdoors to accompany gatherings on the veranda. Take the wood-carved staircase to the master bedroom where you are met by an inviting reading area with a wonderful library in which to choose from a vast array of inspirational and stimulating reading. Wide windows let in the warm Georgia sun, and for those who need respite from the stress that can accompany everyday living, healing and peace can be found here. On a rainy day, listen to the raindrops on the red tin roof and view the changing weather outside through expansive windows as you curl up in your refuge with a good book. A sumptuous king bed and over-generous walk in closet will make you and your loved one very comfortable. The en suite bathroom provides you with a large soaking tub in which to unwind, his and her vanities and a separate shower with dual shower heads.

Rates

Rates for cabin rentals are based on per night for up to four people. Add $25 per night for each person above four guests. A cleaning fee will be added, based on the number of guests. All cabin rentals prices are subject to change at anytime even if not posted on site.
