Five Peaks Cabin is a privately secluded cabin with a breathtaking view of the peaks surrounding the Aska Adventure Area. While comfortably rocking in one of our rocking chairs on Five Peak’s wide decks you are able to clearly see the five mountaintops that originated the name Five Peaks. The pine trees and hardwood trees create a spectacular view of the Rich Mountain wilderness area known for its trails and wildlife. Conveniently located close to Blue Ridge, the area offers outside activities second to none. We are in the heart of the Aska Adventure Area known for some of Georgia’s most diverse hiking trails, some with beautiful waterfalls. Whether you are a novice, experienced, young or old, the trails of the Benton-McKay and the National Forest Service offer a trail for you only a short walk or short drive away from Five Peaks Cabin. Located close to the Toccoa River headwaters you can canoe, float down the river in an inner tube, or trout fish from the banks of a top-rated trout stream. If you would rather experience all this beauty in luxury, you can rent a pontoon boat at the Lake Blue Ridge Marina and soak in the views of Lake Blue Ridge and surrounding mountains. With all these activities, you will be tempted to extend your stay in order to take it all in!
The interiors of Five Peaks Cabin brings the natural beauty of the North Georgia Mountains inside. The high vaulted ceilings and large windows allow you to observe the gorgeous surroundings while sitting in front of the large stone gas fireplace. The first floor has a fully furnished kitchen to accommodate your food preparation. Five Peaks Cabin comfortably sleeps 6 guests. The three bedrooms suites are furnished with two queen pillow-top beds and two twin beds. We have two full bathrooms and a laundry room on the main floor. The deck located off the large bedroom on the second floor give our visitors a private place to view the surrounding area day or night. Our hot tub is conveniently located on the lower deck allowing for a fantastic view while sheltered from the elements. Our cabin is equipped with a number of board games, cards, and a ping-pong table for your entertainment. Satellite TV is provided with a DVD and a VCR. You can even sit on the deck and use the internet on your wireless laptop computer connection! We provide everything you need for your stay except food, drink, and personal items.
