Policies

  • * At the time of booking 1/2 of the total excluding the security deposit is due. The balance will be due 14 days prior to arrival. There will be a $50.00 charge to change dates or cabins.
  • * Rates for cabin rentals are based on per night for up to four people. Add $20 0r $25 per night for each person above four guests depending on the cabin. A cleaning fee will be added, based on the number of guests.
  • * All cancellations must be received 45 days prior to your arrival. A cancellation letter must be sent to us either by email, fax, or mail. There is a $75.00 cancellation fee along with a non-refundable reservation fee. All holiday cancellations must be received 60 days prior to arrival and there will be a $100.00 cancellation fee along with a non-refundable reservation fee. If cancellations are less than 45 days for reservations or 60 days for holiday reservations you will forfeit your $500.00 security deposit.
  • * A security deposit of $500.00 will be authorized during your arrival date until you depart. It will be refunded in full after your stay if there is no damage to the property or policy violation. Any damage in excess of the security deposit will be billed to the person booking the stay.
  • * Check-In is at 3:30 pm and Check-Out is at 10:00 am. There is a $25.00 charge for every hour that early or late check in/out is requested.
  • * Last-minute bookings may be available, but the full rent and the security deposit will be due at the time of booking.
  • * At least one person 25 years of age or older must stay overnight in the cabin each day of the rental period. (Married couples under 25 may request a waiver.)
  • * No dirt bikes, all-terrain vehicles, firearms, or firecrackers are permitted on the property.
  • * Of course, no illegal drugs or other illegal activities are permitted on the property.
  • * NO PETS are permitted.
  • * NO SMOKING is allowed in the cabin or on the porches.
  • * Please include a copy of your drivers license when sending your rental agreement back.
