There are not words to describe the stay at Above the Pines!! The view is beautiful, the location is convenient, the cabin is very well accommodated, and the list goes on. I've been staying in Dahlonega once a year ever since I was little, but we decided to get away for a weekend and this surpassed our expectations! We feel like we're at home here because the cabin is so comfortable and inviting. On the first day we hung around Blue Ridge looking in the shops and planning our next trips here with friends so we can all go kayaking and hiking. We don't really get a chance to take things slowly and relax, but this was really a treat. I work in a cubicle, so this is as far away from reality as we could get. Tomorrow we plan on hiking Brasstown Bald, going to the Toccoa Riverside Restaurant, then going to the Drive-in. Sunday, unfortunately, we're heading home. One thing I thoroughly enjoyed was reading this journal - it gave us a lot of good ideas for next time. Thank you so much for sharing your cabin with us - it was truly worth the traveling and the money. We have been together almost 3 years, and finally have our own tradition! Thank you!
