Local favorites are Toccoa Valley Campground with the pink tubes, and a longer float would start at Van Zandt's Grill and Grocery/Tube and Kayak Rentals at the end of Aska Road and turn LEFT on Newport.

If you are staying in any one of our Toccoa River Luxury Cabin Rentals along the tailwaters of the Toccoa River, it is popular to purchase a tube from WalMart and put in directly from your cabin. Enjoy a 2-hour float into McCaysville and Horseshoe Bend Park when water levels are normal...a faster float when water levels are higher when the dam releases water.
