Summer Season

Beat the heat at Six Flags White Water, the Southeast's largest water park and recently voted a Travel Channel Top 10 Water Park. The entire family can make a splash and enjoy world-class rides and slides. But hang on to your suites because that's just the beginning. Six Flags White Water invites everyone to ride the ultimate storm! Experience Tornado, the giant, funnel-shaped thrill-ride that plumments guests down a 132-foot tunnel, eventually landing in the cool pool below. Experience spills and thrills on one of the tallest freefalls in the world - Cliffhanger. Or if surf and sun are what you consider fun, kick back and catch a wave in Atlanta's Only ocean, the pleasantly cool Atlanta Ocean Wave pool.

That's not all, there are other adventures just around the corner in different sections of the park like the Wildwater Lagoon and Slippery Ridge. New for 2010, kids are wiggling with excitement as Six Flags White Water introduced their newest attraction, The Wiggles Water World. This interactive family area is now open and boasts five interactive sections spread over 40,000 square feet. The biggest adventure of all can be found at the center of The Wiggles Water World on board The S.S. Feathersword, a 25-foot tall interactive play ship. Kids can become Captain Featherword's first mate while exploring water cannons, telescopes, net climbs, secret crawl-throughs, port-holes and slippery slides. Be refreshed in the Main Street Village area with Portside's Pizza, Wings by the Beach, Granny's Funnel Cakes, Treasure & Treats and their Treasure Chest gift shop.

Some of the other rides at this Atlanta, Georgia waterpark include: Bahama Bob Slide, Bermuda Triangle, Black River Falls, Captain Kid's Cove, Caribbean Plunge, Dragon's Tail, Gulf Coast Screamer, Lizard's Tail, Mutiny Chute, Run-A-Way River, plus much more.

Six Flags White Water is located only a mile and a half from the charming, historic Marietta Square and Marietta Welcome Center at exit 265 off I-75 North from Atlanta.
