Anthony a Florida native, is a familiar name in Blue Ridge as many remember the passion and popularity he brought to Christy Lee’s restaurant where he served a Executive Chef and Partner. Brandon a native of Louisiana has deep roots in the restaurant business serving as VP of operations for McCormick and Schmick’s; one of several positions he held during His 17 year tenure with Landry’s Restaurants.
