The four Peach Divas and their spouses had a great time. The cabin was very comfortable and spacious. We are planning to make this an annual event. This cabin has everything you could want, and the "treehouse" was the center of great conversations around the fire.
Family Getaway to North GeorgiaWe had a great family getaway. We kept getting lost on the way to all our hikes....went to Cabbage Patch Hospital, ate lunch in Helen, relaxed in the hot tub, toured Main Street, Atlanta Aquarium, Coca Cola Museum. Hit up Trader Joe's for "Two Buck Chuck" night! Not too much wildlife, a few deer and wild turkeys but that is about it. Loved the fireplace, nice and cozy!! All in all, great time relaxing. My family and I stayed here to see my older brother off. He's getting married and moving from Ohio to Tennessee. With the car half-full of final attachments to the homestead, and the other half full of our clothes, we set out on the 12-hour journey... What a week this has been! Coming here was the pinnacle of relaxation, whether it be drinking coffee and watching the sunrise or listening to the babbling creek. Everything has been great. |
