"I'll definitely recommend this cabin to our family and friends."We had such a great, relaxing vacation! The cabin couldn't have been more perfect. It was so roomy with all the modern amenities. The best part was that there was no TV in the living room. We actually had to conversate and play games! The location was perfect. Right down the road were hiking trails, tubing and playing along the rocks in the river. The views were amazing. We loved making smores by the fire. Family gatherings are very special to us since we are only able to do it twice a year. From Alabama, South Georgia and even all the way from Oregon, so this week in the mountains was very special. We have decided against the beach from now on - it's mountains, blue skies and... Family gatherings are very special to us since we are only able to do it twice a year. Monday was the perfect lazy, rainy day. Tuesday was a day of fishing and exploring - the gazebo alone has inspired a backyard getaway reminder. Wednesday, the 4th, was a great day of BBQ, laughter and good food. Thursday was "venture day" from precious boutiques downtown, a record breaking round of golf at butternut creek - nice course in Blairsville, a three-year old's first catch with Daddy, and Baby's first wave - it was a blessed day. On Friday we put the "ad" in Adventure when seven of us went whitewater rafting and only three stayed in the boat for the entire trip!! Scars are tattoos with better stories! That night we REALLY appreciated the hot tub. All in all the week was FULL of Great food, memorable moments and family togetherness. Thanks! |
