Lovely Christmas Trip!The day we arrived it snowed and the scenery was snowy white. We explored the alpine town of Helen on day 1. We enjoyed a horseback ride and the pretty scenery. On day two we went hiking to the highest mountain in Georgia. On day three we had a lovely river front fire pit with marshmallows. Day four we had wine and beer and sang some freestyle blue songs. Christmas day was lovely and we cooked a lovely turkey. |  The Memories We rented both Outlaw Ridge and Riverview Lodge for our Family Gathering. Both houses are spacious with 5 master bedrooms each. We had a fabulous time in the Game Rooms, TV Rooms, using the access to the Tocca River (we brought our own tubes and rafts!), plus we used the fire pit each night! The houses offer high end furnishing and bedding - each family member was thrilled! We will cherish our time at these 'cabins' and hope to return soon! My stay in Blue Ridge was one of THE BEST, relaxing, exhilarating vacations I have ever had. The scenery was breathtaking, and the cabin home was the most accommodating, comfortable and inviting home away from home. I have told almost everyone I know and they can't wait...
