Live Music in Blue Ridge

This summer, make some time to explore the Blue Ridge area's live music scene! Recognized as one of the top arts towns in Georgia, Blue Ridge has plenty of local and nearby venues for catching shows by a variety of acts, some year-round and some just for the summer. Check out some of our favorite options below!
 

  1. The Live Music is Better Concert Series

    This concert series is brought to you by The Blue Ridge Community Theater. Their mission to bring live shows to the area provides an mix of acoustic musicians throughout the year. Take a look at their show list here.  
  2.  Lilly Pad Coffee and Tea Garden

    A beautiful, wooded setting, Lilly Pad Coffee and Tea Garden offers gourmet coffees, teas, pastries, and live music on Friday and Saturday! Claim your spot on one of their spacious decks and enjoy. For those who fancy themselves musicians, there are free open jam sessions on the first and third Thursday of each month.   3. Live Music Downtown 

    Just head downtown on any summer weekend, and you're bound to stumble upon live music. The Blue Ridge Brewery hosts shows on Thursday, Friday and Saturday, and most weekends you can find live music at Treo's in the courtyard on Main Street, The Vine Wine Bar, The Last Stop, and several other unique spots around town. 
     

  4. Pickin’ in the Park 

    Enjoy live acoustic music including traditional Appalachian, Bluegrass, Blues and Jazz music every Thursday from 6:00pm - Dusk during the months of May through September. Settle in alongside the Toccoa River at Ron Henry-Horseshoe Bend River Park in McCaysville, Georgia and enjoy the shows! You can also take part in a series of weekly jam sessions that nurture local acoustic music. Just bring your instruments!
