Mesmerizing! We had a wonderful time at this cabin. It is mesmerizing and more beautiful in person than on the pics! The view of the mountains and the sunset is second to none. Our boys enjoyed all of the amenities in the cabin and the activities in the area. We will be back! Customer Image: | The MemoriesThe drive up was on a mostly paved road and not difficult at all. There was plenty of space and gorgeous views from every balcony. The kitchen was well stocked and made cooking for the group a breeze. The cabin is situated on top of a mountain and the spot on the river is great. Good for fishing, splashing and tubing. Overall, the cabin was big, clean, and beautiful and we had a great time. We came here for our annual family vacation and had an amazing time! The cabin and views of the mountains were breathtaking! The adults enjoyed drinking coffee on the balcony/porch and the treehouse in the morning, and in the evenings, relaxing and drinking our wine and scotch!... The kids (5 ranging from 9 - 14) loved the game room, the creek, and especially the hot tub! We loved the fact that there were TVs in every room—we were able to spend quality time together. TVs in kids' rooms only came on at bedtime. We went tubing, hiking, rafting, went to the river (which was the kids' favorite), saw lots of deer (but no bears). We rode the Blue Ridge Scenic Railway. We spent our last day at Rock City and Ruby Falls, which was about a 2-hour drive, but totally worth it! Ruby Falls was so cool! Oh, and the beds were so comfortable! |
