What a Nice Abode!What a glorious time we had at your lovely home! This has been a retreat and reunion of hearts and souls of four high school friends with spouses and with our Bible Study leader from 36 years ago. Our prayer service around the fireplace was so inspiring. We hope to return again – love the views, the Toccoa River, the Blue Ridge Scenic Railway passing and the awesome beds and linens! We usually go for the big, glass filled cabin high on the mountain but this time we were looking for something different. From the moment we pulled up it felt like home. Truly. The wildlife, the perfect fluffy grass around the pond and the rich history of the cabin was spectacular. We had the good fortune of meeting the brothers in charge and they added so much warmth to our trip. Every need we had was far exceeded. The cabin itself is cozy and comfy and the beds are ridiculously soft! Highly recommend Andrew, the fishing guide. He was so good with my kids and I got to relax on the swing while they fished downstream. We will definitely be back! Thank you for a wonderful gathering place for our mini family reunion.
