I stayed at The River's Edge with 7 of my friends and their children the weekend of November 8th, 2013. When we walked in, everyone was super-impressed with the cabin and the view. I was very happy to see that it looked even better than the pictures: granite countertops throughout the kitchen and all bathrooms, high end appliances, fully equipped kitchen, a great pool table, large bedrooms, etc. The cabin is fully equipped and in excellent shape. Everything we needed was already there, such as plenty of towels, pillows, pots, pans, cooking implements, etc. Everything in the the cabin's interior was high-end, which I certainly appreciated, but what really struck me was the view. It overlooks the river, has a huge deck with a fireplace and features this crazy massive staircase leading down to the water. We spent quite a bit of time out there enjoying smores cooked in the outdoor fireplace, as well as the scenery. I really can't think of anything to complain about. After staying at some very nice cabins, I have to say that this was by far the best.
