Activities Even More Beautiful Than Pictured! The cabin was absolutely breathtaking, and even more beautiful than pictured online! It was very quiet and secluded, allowing for an intimate setting. My family enjoyed the cabin very much, and many wonderful memories were made there. I definitely hope we can return in the future for another great weekend getaway. Thanks so much for opening up your beautiful house to us! Every Amenity You Would Want! We had a wonderful time at the Royal Mountain Lodge. The cabin has every amenity that you would want in a cabin. Our group enjoyed the scenery, the deck, the comfortable beds and couches. We also really appreciated the privacy. I would highly recommend the Royal Mountain to others looking for a quiet and enjoyable vacation. Every Detail Was Thought Out What a magical place! We SO enjoyed our stay. Every little detail was thought out, from the well-stocked kitchen to the games to the wonderful linens. We had a marvelous time and hope to return soon! A few things about Blue Ridge: 1) Ingles is AWESOME! 2) The Swinging Bridge is very cool, 3) The town of Blue Ridge is way better than McCaysville (for now), but everyone is super nice everywhere! We've traveled together for the past 6 years, always to revive our marriages and re-energize our souls. This year was no different...we laughed together, cried together, and prayed together.... This year was no different...we laughed together, cried together, and prayed together. The cabin was beautiful, very spacious, well decorated and provided the privacy that we needed. We definitely plan to come back, which would be a first for us because each year we try a different cabin. We even got to see a little snow. But our next visit will be during the warmer months so that we can enjoy the hot tub, gazebo, fire pit and creek. It was simply too cold to go outside this time around.
