Activities Fabulous Weekend Fall Break in North Georgia Kids had a few days off for Fall break so we headed to the mountains. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the house and exploring Blue Ridge. The views from all parts of the house are breathtaking and was a needed break from all the hustle and bustle of daily life. We will certainly be back very soon. I will highly recommened this house to all my freinds and family. Fall Vacation in the North Geogia Mountains What a great trip! I still cannot get over the view!! We spent a lot of time on the porch and in the hot tub. It was hard to leave such a wonderful view with all the colors of the differnet leaves! The cabin was amazing! Very cozy! We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor living area with fireplace and flat screen TV. We also found your mobile app to be phenomenally useful and comprehensive. Family Christmas in the North Georgia Blue Ridge Mountains Celtic Clouds provided the ideal setting for our family Christmas. The view is gorgeous, and the house is rustic, warm, and friendly. This was our second trip to Blue Ridge GA and this cabin was the perfect spot for our family of 4 to get a taste of fall, which included our 10-year-old daughter and 6-year-old son. The views, the local hiking at Fall Branch Falls, Aska Trails, and Long Creek Falls, along with horseback riding at Blanche Manor and Downtown Blue Ridge made for the perfect vacation. The house is spectacular and exceeded our expectations! It was everything we could have hoped for and more. What a piece of heaven! The clouds rolling in below us, the beautiful sunsets, the sounds of the flowing river, the cozy feeling when it rains - we fell in love with your cabin! We planned morning activities (after coffee on the porch) and went horseback riding, and mountain biking. We came back to relaxing afternoons - naps, reading, movies, board games and the hot tub. We finished off the day with grilling out and several glasses of wine. It has been the PERFECT family vacation! Our kids are ready to move here. There was record snowfall prior to our visit, so the landscape was painted white with several inches for our entire 4 day weekend! We spent the weekend full of fun, laughter and making memories! The fire was always going to contrast the white landscape! We ate great food, walked down to the river where we made s'mores at a bonfire! What a joyous time for our family! Made tons of memories! We took some really beautiful scenic rides and hikes to the swinging bridge and also to the Fall Branch Falls, had fabulous pizza from Masseria all recommended by Taylor. We cannot thank her enough for helping us plan this much needed perfect getaway, especially for recommending this particular cabin. In town we had a fantastic breakfast buffet at The Vault before taking the scenic train. We found and fell in love with a store in town named Turning Leaf, a must shop to visit when looking for beautiful objects made by local artists. Enjoyed wonderful and tasty hamburgers at The Fighting Tavern. There’s so much more to rave about when it came to Cohutta Sunset - especially the big swing on the lower deck and the waterfall shower!
