Activities

Anthony and I came to the mountains together, along with Mildred. This was our first trip together, and a very special one for Mildred. We had a wonderful time hiking to waterfalls, rivers, and bridges. It was nice to come back to this beautiful cabin and the sound of the river, not to mention the sky full of stars to be enjoyed on the deck. I am very grateful for this trip, and for Anthony and Mildred.

We have been coming to Blue Ridge two to three times a year for almost ten years. The extra attention to detail (shampoo in all the bathrooms, extra games and TV in the theatre room, etc..) and quality furnishings make this one of the best we've stayed in. Great access to the river! Thanks.

Thanks for hosting us at your beautiful cabin! We enjoyed the great views, relaxing in the hot tub, and the extra-soft blankets! We also went horseback riding at Cowgirl Up and enjoyed hiking Fall Branch Falls. Would love to come back! ~ Georgia and Kentucky

My wife and I came for an anniversary weekend and it was perfect. Blue Ridge Lake Sanctuary is very comfortable. Clean. Close to pretty much everything. Plenty of space inside and outside. We will be back!

We had a wonderful time! Photos do not do this beautiful cabin justice. The cabin is huge with three levels with spacious decks overlooking the river. We were traveling with two families and teenagers, and there was plenty for them to do ~ Game room with pool table, arcade, and TV, exploring the river and train tracks. Kitchen is well stocked. The management company also responded quickly and gave us suggestions for rainy days. I would definitely recommend this cabin and this company to those looking for a very special experience.

Overall stay was a good one. The cabin has a great layout. Beds comfy and fireplaces everywhere. Covered deck is nice with pull down screens.  Still enjoyed our stay with friends.
