The goal was to escape the busy hustle and bustle of our normal lives and to create in some fresh air. MISSION ACCOMPLISHED!

First time staying in the North GA Mountains and we cannot wait to return. The cabin was a very nice home base. The fire table in the screened porch was perfect.

Like I said, never saw a sunrise because of the fog, but that was OK. The groundhogs and deer made up for it! 
We hiked the two waterfall hikes recommended, and they were perfect - especially for carrying around our 1-year old son.  It was a wonderful way to help celebrate my wife’s birthday week and see peak leaf change! Thanks ~ GA

What an amazing place to be. This is truly such a beautiful place! From the cabin touches, hearing the river through the colorful fall trees, seeing dear roam, and the peaceful serenity - I'm not sure one could ask for more! The fireplaces, stone showers, and other wonderful things to enjoy are also some of our favorites. The list could go on <3 Thank you for making Aska Escape Lodge a perfect family getaway!

The Perfect Family Vacation

Perfect cabin for our family vacation. All of the accommodations were lovely and we all had a great time. Appalachian Trail Rides were perfect for our ranging from ages 5-60+! Thank you! 

The Perfect Family Vacation at A Rivers Bend

As a family with four boys, A River's Bend was perfect! They enjoyed going up and down to the river, loved the firepit, and couldn't get enough of the pool table. I enjoyed spending the mornings on the porch with my coffee and an amazing view. Thank you for a very memorable vacation.
